    I know this is a laptop forum but I just got a random question about temps since most of u are gamers :p . I was playin crysis 2 on my desktop (same one in the sig) and then my cpu fan went crazy lol. I used the hwmonitor and got thse temps. I thought these were ok temps... maybe im mistaken? What do u guys think:

    Those are very good temps for gaming. There's no reason to be surprised when your fans spin up while playing games... that's what they're supposed to do. I would be more concerned if you were playing a demanding game and they weren't doing anything.

    The temps are "sustained like that" BECAUSE the fan is speeding up.

    This is a desktop question, they have their place either at DTR or the desktop thread in OT, besides, you got your answer anyways. ;)
