asus g1's

im looking at a retailers website right now, and they have a g1s-a1 http://pcvonline.com/productDetails.aspx?id=5510
which says that it has an nvidia 8600 256 mb/ 512 turbocache, but it has no mention of whether its ddr2 or 3, however i have heard that all g1s are equipped with ddr3 memory but this one doesnt state it.
the b1, however says that it does have ddr3 memory http://pcvonline.com/productDetails.aspx?id=6205

so, do both of them come eqipped with ddr3?

 

Yup, and its called GDDR3 by the way, there is a difference .......GDDR3 is based on ddr2, but runs cooler therefore higher clock speeds, the 8600GT is others are DDR2 (not GDDR2 confusing i know).
