    Type in run command: services.msc
    And disable it (service).

    I have it disabled all the time, and to tell the truth I have no idea what it does :).

    It controls keyboard shortcuts, which isn't important, but it also controls Powerplay feature as well, and disabling it turns it off. Which isn't a major problem unless you need battery life when your mobile.
