    it dosent seem to be compatible with the (ati mobility x1400) ive tryed these drivers...(6-9-mobile_xp_dd_ccc_enu_35779) and (rad_w2kxp_omega_38273)

    lates vers..ATITool 0.25 Beta 15 and ATITool_0.25_b16pre3i

    is there another oc'er that will work?

    Try the ATI Tray Tools. They're much newer than the ATI Tools. And they come with the Omega drivers.
