    ok well i wasn't sure if i should put this in the desktop forum or not but since its related to a game ill ask here
    ok so my friend bought the battlefield 2 combo pack [includes special forces]
    and when he tries to start it up , it gets to the ea logo and then crashes back to the desktop

    so any ideas ?

    x1300
    p4 3.0 ghz
    1gb ram

    did he patch it all the way to 1.41? what error message was it?
