battlefield 2142 NBR clan?

hey, i was looking through the forum and noticed that a lot of people play 2142!!! we should make our own clan...should it be like the CS group?
(like we just add [NBR] infront of our names or something?)

Not a bad idea... I prefer BF2, though. I might be interested... I'm busy quite often though...

i have a 2142 server that quite a few from NBR already play on.

mostly on the weekends though, and the server is northern strike ready.

Hey, would love to join, but i just recently got the game (i hope that doesnt matter) but i am still pretty good at it. But when you add someone the your friends, do you add their account name, or their soldier name.

I just started playing about 2-3 weeks ago and i rather like it. I just made Master Sgt silver and got another Support unlock. Ill check out your server and add it to my favs if the ping isnt too bad for me. Ill update this post later with my player name if i plan on staying @ that server.

BF2142 is running like crap on my system for no reason.

 

AND I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH THE PROBLEM!!! I dont know what is wrong, but it is pissing me off.

 

I'd love to play some BF2142 with any of you.
I play it quite a bit. and I agree, there should be an NBR clan!

Check your ram. I have the exact same system you have, but with a better processor, and have had this issue.

BF2142 takes up to 1500MBs of ram, which is basically everything, so make shure you have NOTHING else running! usually once I get out of the game, it says I only have 98MBs left of 2048MBs, then about 10 seconds later it bumps up to 1600MBs left, and my system goes back to being fast!

this game is a serious system hog, but as long as nothing is restricting it from having the 1500MBs the game needs, it'll run great.

 

So I recently got back into BF2142 and boy am I laying down the pwnage on 24/7 Suez Titan servers!

I love C4'ing up a buggy and ramming them into other vehicles except I bail out before it hits them and press the detonator killing them and letting me live with full health!

Or

I C4 a Silo and wait for enemy soldiers to attempt and cap it, then BOOM!
