    Battlefield 2 and 2142:

    Open console and typ: renderer.drawfps 1

    Or you can use FRAPS to measure your FPS.

    Or you can download ATI Tray tools which includes a bunch of nifty features and have it display your FPS.

    :)


    Although I recommend removing the FPS meter as it can become a distraction while you play!

    Would use FRAPS, and set it to always run on boot up. That way, don't ever have to bother typing in console, and its also much more visible then the in-game counter in BF2/BF2142. :)
