    i just received a beta code for battlefield heroes and i joined but when i went to play it started to download something that said it was 4 gb.
    so i stopped the downloading straight away.
    i would really like to play in the beta but i only get 12 gb a month for the whole family, and my dad would be pissed if i downloaded 4 gb in one month.
    has anyone joined the beta and how much memory did it use?

    I downloaded it yesterday.

    ...under control panel it says Battlefield Heroes is taking up 319mb. I also saw the 4gb sign when I was downloading, but the download finished way too fast to have been 4gb...

    I saw the 4GB thing when I last tried to update my beta, but it finished really quick. 319mb for the game sounds about right, it's certainly not anymore than 500mb.

    I downloaded it and it was very fast. But in my opinion the cartoon like graphics arent too relistic like BF2.

    theres certainly a lot of lag and jerkyness in the game. upto level 15 now and of course the battles get harder.
    i wonder if once the full release is out it will get better. still an addictive game though.
