best class setups for call of duty 4?

hey guys theese are my favorite guns in the game. i dont want to change the guns, but what perks and other stuff should i use? i have the 360 version but the pc version is nearly identical.i would probally post this at gamefaqs, but thier all quite rude thier.

why all the assault rifles? is that all you use?

EDIT: well 2 of them. no sub? i like the silencer over the red dot.

and i am probably not the best on these as i play on servers where most things are limited.

i like the mp5 with the red dot sight

IMO u dont need iron lungs. most of the time i dont even hold my breath and snipe accurately. and its SLEIGHT of hand btw.

Hmm maybe I'll have to change my G36C for the MP5 permanently. I usually switch back and forth, but according to the chart, the MP5 is significantly more powerful.

Meh I still prefer the G36C to the MP5 , although they are both my top used guns. The MP5 just doesnt have it when it comes to range. Also the G36c has less recoil I believe.

I thought the G36c was going to be so good. I was disappointed when I unlocked it and used it. Went back to the mp5 immediately.

It does have better range, but if I need range i'm using the M16 and there aren't many maps where I need it. And the mp5 has pretty good range. Stopping power helps make up for that.

 

Can't say I pay much attention to classes. I go out there and try to have fun, sometimes I pick up guns on the ground and use those just to try something different.

I personally prefer the M16 with the grenade launcher and red dot sight, along with the RPG, extra sprint, and . . . something else. I also like using the M249 with the red dot sight.

I think I'm a level 22.

me and my friends used to scrim that game, and i'll tell you what works for scrimming

with cal rules, there aren't many percs so...

m4 / ak is whats most commonly used for assault rifles. either red dot or silencer would be good. silencer is my preference because you don't want to show up on the radar during a scrim.

mp5 and ak-74u are the most common sub machine guns. the ak-74u is very powerful and good for holding bomb sites, however it is less accurate.

they only allow the bolt action snipers in cal, so its whichever of the two you're better with.

as for pistols, i've only seen poeple use deagles.

as for pubbing, i liked overkill with the silenced m4 and then the m21 with the ACOG scope. you're limited at real long range, but with the quickness of the ACOG scope and the fast fire rate, it makes a good medium / close range sniper, and then you can spray and pray with the m4 if need be.

on those ffa servers, i liked the ak74u and double tap because it just wrecks everything near you.

as for the blue perc, i mostly use extra grenades or extra ammo, and for the yellow perc i use the hip fire accuracy or longer breath, depending on if i have a sniper with a long range scope. dead silence is fun to use too.

 

ak74u is a mean gun. Only weaknesses is its accuracy and low ammo per mag. But it is also one of my favs

Never tried m21 with acog...might have to give it a try

its a really good gun for an assult rifle, high damage and double tap more than compensate for its slower speed. Ive gotten many 15+streaks with this gun
