    between amd overdrive, amd clock tool, ati tray tools and atitool which one is best to use for overclocking a mobility hd3650?

    id say amd overdrive. since it is made by AMD and has a lot of features. However, I am not exactly sure if it will run well with a laptop, especially if u dont have an AMD CPU.

    The only program that consistently works for me is Power Strip. I am running x64 Vista so the others seem to have driver issues. My HD3650 from Dell runs perfectly fine at 590/540.

    Careful overclocking the GPU on a laptop, some do not have temperature monitors so you may damage your card.
