    how do i check my bf2 ranks/stats and what rank do you get the second tier of wepons

    Welcome to bf2, to check your stats go to BFHQ, to upgrade weapons you need to rank, every rank allows you to unlock 1 weapon set.

    i want to unlock the better sniper rifle but im only a private....(can i do that? sorry just started playin today im a n00b) and there is no link or accept button to make that my upgrade it just has alock on the picture and says i need to unlock that kit what do i do?

    you need to kill more lol. the more prople you kill and the more you work as a team the more points you get. after you get so many points you get an unlock point you can spend. and the more unlock points you get the more kill points you need to get unlock points.

    But be sure to play on ranked servers. If you play on an unranked server, the points you earn are not added to your account, and you wont get closer to and unlock.

    A really good BF2 stat tracking web site is www.bf2s.com Put in your BF2 user name to log in and you will have every stat you could ever dream of about yourself. It also has bar graphs showing your progress to getting your next rank up, medals, badges, ribbions, and it even gives a rough estemate of how much playing time it will take you based on how much your playing at that moment, and how many points your scoring a minute. It really is a great site, and will help you out a lot.
