    i was wondering how large would you say the difference is between the 9700m gt and the 9800m gts. would i be able to get a considerable framerate boost, or is it just overkill for games right now?

    you would get a boost, and i dont think its over kill either. well i suppose it depends on the games you play, but really you can never have too much gpu power.

    so, i should put up the extra $$$ to get the gateway 7811m, or stick with the asus g50vm x-1?
