Hi guys, I seem to have gotten myself into a bit of a pickle...

I bought a brand new advent 6555 (with a MR4850 in it). Thisevening ive gone to update the drivers and managed to make a massive mess of it. admittadely its not entirely my fault.. i didnt realize the mobility modder didn't yet support the 4850 (probably shouldve looked shouldnt i ;)). so now ive got a set of desktop drivers and a mobility graphics card with no software :|

previously being an nvidia person,, im not really sure where to go to for standalone drivers for this card.... the ati website (as expected) was overwhelmingly unhelpfull.... ;)

anyone know what i should do for driver uptates to this card?

    cheers for any help

you could try the Omega drivers, but I'm not sure if they support the mobile 4xxx series yet.

That's the latest official drivers for the ATI Mobility Radeon cards on Windows XP.

They made 9.2 for XP? :O

Is there a version for Vista?

I can't find any on ATI site.

    Cheers
