    hi there!

    when your buying online (dell.com), they take too long to send the product?? i mean, they take much time assembling my notebook??

    have anyone bought a customized from dell.com? How long they took to send??

    Dell usually beats their estimated ship dates. I have ordered twice from Dell.com, and had the notebooks at my door in a week.

    Haha, i just got my laptop 3 days ago

    Ordered on Feb 1...

    the preliminary ship date was Feb 12, what you know... I got it really fast...

    I m in alaska, and they dont offer the free shipping, even the shipping options dont offer ground shipping. So i m forced to use overnight shipping

    however we called dell support and they gave us the free shipping, waddaya know they give us free overnight shipping. 0.o

    Dell's infamous in build status is not true lol. I bought a lot of things from dell and they ship very fast.

    I ordered 2 laptops from dell in the past 2 months. One arrived in 7 days, the other in 5 days, both way before the estimated delivery date.
