No, you cant mate. I played the open beta on the NVS 4200 (as im sadly still waiting for the P170EM) and it struggled with lowest settings. Dont get me wrong Diablo 3 isnt a very demanding game compared to some other modern ones but an iGPU like that wont be able to run it.

I'm sure you'll be fine, some people will play this game on netbooks. Trust me.

If a game can run playably at 800x600 low then it should be acceptable. I'm sure even the HD 3000 can pull that off.

it is listed among the minimum requirements, so it won't be a pleasant experience..

Yeah, you'd be fine, but it definitely wouldn't be native resolution or anything. It'd wouldn't be too pleasing of an experience, but if you're used to it, maybe you won't care.

alright I just ran a test for u
with everything on low/off @ 1366x768 resolution I get 25-31 fps, sometimes in battles it drops to 20, its playable if u wanna play campaign but I wouldnt recommend it for multiplayer

It depends what you call playable than. Anything that dips under 24-25 fps looks choppy and unplayable to me. Id be careful putting that much strain on a netbook too as the cooling usually isnt that superb in such systems and youll want to watch the temps a bit ;).
But if you say it works it works...
BTW where is an iGPU listed in minimum requirements?

i ran a test today and i was able to play dead rising 2 off the record on high settings with everything turn up to the max and it ran Ok. it wasn't the best but WAS playable.

so i SHOULD be able to play diablo 3 without hesitation.

i do enjoy playing multi player. though the room i play in only have say 2-4 players

They could drop the resolution lower to get the framerate higher.

    try 1024x768. should work okay.

It runs fine on my gf's 2009 13" MBP on low which is HD 3000 I believe. Sadly.. it didn't run on my old Asus with a 9500m gs :(
edit: well it runs but I was getting 10-15 fps on lowest settings.

You ran Dead Rising 2 MAXED out on a intel HD 3000?

I call BS, unless you were playing at 1-3 frames-per-second.

Integrated processors aren't going to run games well, especially yours

knowing blizzard entry level is usually really low. Like you can barely tell whats going on on the screen cause everything is square but it runs on a calculator xD

So you are fine at least for a single player and pve imo.

Since it is built into battle.net I'd assume you can download it after registering the key under your account.

Actually The Sims Medieval ran quite well on the latest MacBook Air (which only has Sandy Bridge integrated graphics) and it's a newish game so there is no reason why Diablo 3 won't run unless you've actually tried it.

Sims Medieval was playable smooth and I think the graphics were medium to high on native 13' MacBook Air resolution.
