I am not a laptop gamer, i much prefer consoles, so i have not tested this with games.

I installed v12.6 over v12.4 and my Windows WEI for Graphics has gone from 5.2 to 5.9 and Gaming Graphics from 6.4 to 6.6 on my A6 with HD6220G.

I know WEI is a poor test.

afaik these drivers are still immature and have different issues.

Peoples over guru3d are reporting that going back to 12.4 fixes most problems.

Waiting for other users input thought.

Me either. No major issues to report thus far, though admittedly I've not played too much with them.

    Yeah, i have read it.
AMD is moving from a monthly release to something similar to what Nvidia has been doing for a while, namely a bunch of beta drivers then a WHQL driver.

This also means that the Dx10 GPUs did not recieve their last driver update, Catalyst 12.5.

I was using the 12.6beta drivers and it kept giving me screen corruption, especially when opening sapphire Trixx to OC and when extending to dual monitors. I went back to 12.3 drivers.

So far, I have only couple minor issues with it.

For me, is that it is no longer able to wake up from hibernate or hybrid sleep.

The thing would bsod right away from loading state from disk.
But loading state from ram works fine.

Another is switching back and forth with extended would cause the switch to break and can only detect the secondary screen.

These are known issues but it affect those with certain configuration.

Switching back to 12.4, works fine for me.
