Same issue. I blue screen now when trying to run 3dmark11. Before the test would just fail and exit out, went back to old drivers, were not stable at stock levels, then back to these, at 950/1400. Everything works, I just cant bench it.

oh well i care more about the games... at least this brings me to a level where im semi satisfied... they need to get some support behind this for the clevo units because such a huge difference between clevo and AW for 7970m performance is unnacceptable

just got this driver installe and halfway through 3dmark11 it just says it stopped unexpectedly. i do not find any performance gains from the stock clevo drivers. what are you average fps on bf3 ultra and the lowest it gets?

i dont have BF3... on The Secret World it increased my average fps from 38 to 44 and i saw a similar increase in Deus Ex: HR. both had less jitters. Deus Ex had fewer screen tears. Both deviated from the average far less (no where near as many highs and lows). they still suck... they just suck less

I've gone back to the Clevo default AMD drivers, as the 12.7 were too unstable.
Even following the 'instructions' as to installing the 12.7 didnt change their behaviour...

Modded drivers are based on beta leaks, your question should be: are modded drivers better than vanilla ones?
In theory yes, they are, but im using vanilla ones as i didnt had time to test these tho.
Since i like the fact to have more options, ill probably give them a spin :)

I tried the drivers with my 6990m in Skyrim, but I had some strange issues, things not lining up properly, like magic bar, and compass, and on top of that the driver kept crashing almost every time I went through a loading screen.

Subjectively, it did seem like it was performing better. Anyone else using this driver with a 6990m having issues?

That's a known issue in skyrim for some people. Most ppl that this happens to are stuck with the 12.4 for now
