    Hi all,

I'd like to know if it is possible to change the display frequency of my msi GT60 (the laptop gamer in general) to exceed 60hz without connecting an additional monitor

I saw on other forums of people who increase their frequency ( 75hz 90hz 100hz 120hz ) but does not explain how to proceed.

    I tested:

-Powerstrip: he only identifies the HD4000 and not my gtx675m ,options Advanced synchronization is not reached eather

Direct-refresh: I put my resolutions on the frequencies used in this game but nothing happening ingame

I did not test other tweaks

So if someone could help me because it's just horrible 60hz when 120hz is accustomed to, thank you in advance!

Do you actually have a 120 Hz display? If not, what you are asking is impossible.

Unless your actual laptop display can support 60Hz, which it probably can't, you're SOL. Not possible to make a 60Hz screen refresh at 120Hz.

You can't go above the max refresh rate of the display. 75, 100, 120, it doesn't make any difference. The max is 60.

Why do people think they need more than 60hz :/

60 times per second, if you react faster than that (let alone your actual game considering pint/latency and other factors) you must be a robot, and its time to go back to CRT's

You can't, no matter how many times you ask. It's not possible.

I ran my screen at 75Hz for a while until I installed Windows 8; didn't seem to do any damage.
