I have the DV7 with P7350/HD4650 which cost about $1200. The lowest cost notebook with HD4650 i have seen is also strangely a HP, namely the DV6 with QL-65/HD4650 for $750.

in canada u can get a p7350 4650 in a dv6 for $1000, but in america, u can get an asus with p8600 or t9500 with a gtx 260m for $1000 which makes the 4650 wet its pants

The T8100 is actually +$65 over the stock 1.83ghz CPU, but personally I'd go with the P8700, not only for the speed boost but also for the reduction in power consumption.

The laptop in my signature was about 1400+ dollars. But I got an excessive processor and every little nick-nack I could get added on. It'd be helpful if you gave us a budget range. :] My laptop has the graphics card you are interested it. Haha. Good choice.
