just felt like saying that the community in this game sucks. Basically everyone who is a high level are cocky idiots who only do stuff for their own personal gain. I'm sorry but no wonder why so little people play this game. the community in runescape is so much better

also, the gameplay isn't that fun either. anyone can pk anyone, so as soon as you get to the pking level (by the time which most people will probably have stopped playing because of how boring the game is), high level peopl begin attacking you immediately. the gameplay is extremely repitive and you dont get access to the game's better stuff(which isn't really that much better) until you've played a lot.

also, even with a 9600M GT, the game doesnt run smoothly with max settings at 1024x768 lol

Well MMO style games are somewhat similar in gameplay so some people tend to find them repetitive. Usually Asian based MMOs are really concentrated on "grind"(the term used for repeating the same actions to obtain rewards). I tried Granado Espada and while it looked quite pretty, actual gameplay wasn't all that great IMO.

It's kind of sad to hear that the community sucks, but you'll always find bad seeds in online gaming communities and those guys tend ot talk louder than the nice guys >.>

Think the game name is just "Perfect World" but the OP was probably commenting on the international servers.

I'm not talking about how MMO's are similar. I'm talking about how what you do inside the game is extremely extremely repetitive. At least 1/4 of the people I met in this game are cocky s.

oh and the game is not balanced at all

Well I'm just noting that a lot of MMOs have this generic "rinse and repeat" type of strategy. It's very common among a lot of online games of the type so I'm not really surprised you telling me that the game is repetitive.

A lot of MMO type games can be summarized to "do quests, level, do more quests, kill stuff, level, gain better gear to kill more stuff(and level) to get even better gear..." and so on and so forth. It's just a question of how well the game disguises this chain of actions. You're basically saying Perfect World is bad at making this chain of actions enjoyable to the player.

As for the player base, as I've said, there are always bad people out there and those bad seeds always stand out more than the nice people. Cockiness is probably common among the higher level people so that they can flaunt their nice gear or the time they dedicated to their character.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If he enjoys the gameplay, you can't blame him. Different people have different opinions >.>

Oh and what type of suggestion did you post which got deleted?

Perfect World International's been getting decent reviews and I think it's the best option for a Free MMO. It does tend to run slow on my p-6831FX.

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but it;'s one of the better free MMORPOGs out there, for sure.

Welcome to the world of MMO's. The community's always like that.

It's pretty good for a free game. But I still prefer WoW, for all the little extras, the colors in the design, the community and just the way it's structured.

Yeah MMOs have different designs that cater to different people. "Grind" may not be a factor some people enjoy so some MMOs will try to minimize or conceal the grind so that it doesn't appear as tedious and repetitive.

Some people prefer more active engagement by the community so some MMOs favor teamplay instead of player kills for example(some MMOs don't even have player kill too).

It is not the best free to play mmorpg IMO. Go for ROSE ONLINE.The graphics may be a bit cutesy. But the game is awesome. It used to be free to play so the production qualities are great. And all the p2p goodies are there in a Free To Play game.

    yawn: foruming gets me tired.
