The "Games for Windows" branded games of course. Emulators work well. Racing games such as Grid or DiRT, sports games.

Anything that was an Xbox/360 game and has been ported to the PC and has controller support I would think.

Madden NFL series springs to mind.

I'd also recommend if you haven't installing XBCD drivers to get rumble features and some very handy tweaking options like deadzone settings.

Devil May Cry 4 works better with a controller than with a keyboard.

Gears of War worked pretty well, as does Assassin's Creed. It's like having a 360 on your computer!

Gears of War, but it's a horrible port so don't even experiment.

I like to use it for racers because it's really hard to use the keyboard.

You pretty much NEED a 360 controller for Grid, DMC4 is integrated perfectly with it.

I also used it for phantasy star online/universe.

Madden and Assassins Creed would be good with a 360 controller (I know this because I have them on 360) ... but also pretty much any non FPS or RTS game would be great with a controller.

I like the accuracy of the mouse, yet the distribution of buttons on the controller is more comfortable.

    My 2 cents...

So the answer is a contorller-mouse all in one? Sounds good to me ;)

Surprisingly my 6 year old Dell keyboard that came with my Desktop has withstood 1000's of hours of gaming ... it's really quite amazing for how cheap of a keyboard it really is.
