    I need help getting a link to the forum post on how to do a clean wipe of my amd 7979m drivers. I know ive been it but I for the life of my can't remember where. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Simply unstall the driver with the installer or unstall it in control panel, but don't restart after that, then use the driver sweeper to clean the files. Restart and you are done. I do this all the time and no problem has ever occured

    use driver sweeper in safemode.
    remove driver > reboot > F8 on stsrt up > run cleaner > reboot > install driver

    Why not just Press F8 to begin with -> Enter safe mode -> Uninstall old driver -> Run cleaner -> Restart -> Install new driver.. ? Why two restarts instead of one?

    we are taking the senario hes been online for hours and then sees a new post by me with newest drivers.

    makes sence now doesnt it :)

    or would you rather me add the bit that (if you have just woken up press F8 on bootup)
