I'm dual booting Vista and Ubuntu. I restarted from the Ubuntu log in screen and saw green vertical lines and heard a high pitched sound. Now it's just stuck on a white (maybe beige?) screen, even if I restart it. I don't get the blue DELL logo at all. Any ideas?

Sounds like a dead video chip. Call Dell.
