    i have read through many CS rates, choke, and loss guides/explanations and although they do describe what everything is, i am unable to find the perfect settings for myself and was hoping if someone new a thing or two about cs rates. here are the important specs of my computer/connection

    Connection: T3 internet (UCLA)

    i read those already :)

    and yes i did buy cs. it was only 10 dollars for 1.6, iirc. 20 at the absolute most. i want to play in a league, so i figured i might just buy the game instead of finding a free version of it, since i need my own steam ID

    i went on mirc and asked around. after about 30 minutes of filtering through ignorant people, i eventually got someone to help me out :)
