crysis 3 install from dvd not download, says code already registered when i install from dvd but downloads fine.

Stupid Origin, i have registered the game and can download it fine, but i have a 3mb connection and would like to install from the dvd, i followed the guide below and linked the setup.exe from the dvd, but it then askes for the crysis 3 activation code and says it is already activated and will not install from dvd.

I never thought i would say steam is so much easier.

That seems like normal copy protection. After all, if it worked you would have two playable copies for the price of one.

It seems wrong to me, i have regizterd copy on an verified machine, i just want to re-install from the dvd and not have to download 10gb.

It`s just a waste of time, it`s 60% downloaded now anyway so only a few more hours
