    How do I fix this?
I tried the call of duty patch but it isn't working.

It only occurs during in game play and lags the computer screen for about 15 seconds (long enough to die) and then it is fine. How can I fix this?

    Thanks for the help.

Am I correct to assume you have the latest and greatest drivers?

    use 169.28 or 174.31, or 174.74...
    then try again.
