    hi !

i'm wondering if the quadro 3600M card are touched by the actual heat problem on last nvidia GPU ?

As the quadro is based on the GT with the 'same' GPU i'm a little affraid yes...

bug no news about this !

does anybody have a idea ?

Does the bug concerns the GPU itself or the card composition ?

The Quadro FX 3600m uses a G92m core which is not one of the reported defective cores.

The G84/86m are the troubled cores with defective materials.

With current information I would have to agree with flip. But would like to caution I am not 100% confident NVidia has come completely clean on this.

And with what I thought I read as the fix? Increase fan speed? I would not put it past NVidia and OEM's to have been aware and taken steps (increased cooling) to hide the potential flaw. Prior to the release of the 8XXX above 8600. I suspect gaming puts the most stress on most GPU's and would not be surprised if NVidia is banking on the uses of some cards and or the smaller distribution to hide flaws.

Remember kids NVidia's kick ATI's butts, until they stop working.

I smell class action lawsuit. Anyone know if the DeLL one with overheating MoBo's (5150?) has resolved yet? I mean when all is settled and every owner gets 5 free downloads from Itunes while the lawyers split 100 million? Gonna feel real good.
