What driver should I use for crysis? I recently dled the latest 169.xx from laptopvideo2go.com and after reaching the 4th level i have gotten a Serious Error notification in windows after having the game crash my system.

    XP or Vista?

XP - 90 series and below.

Vista - 160.04 seems to be fairly stable and offer good performance.

What was the error message? Do you always get it at the same place, or was it just a one time thing?

As for drivers, 169.04 or 169.01 are the one's most often recommended (or 169.09 if you have an SLI setup).

    Mike,

why would anybody sane use 90 series in XP. When you can use laptopvideo2go modded 169.04 or 169.09 and get superb Crysis performance.

Londez, first thing I'd recommend is go with 169.04 as they provide the same performance in Crysis as 169.09, but are more stable. Second thing would be, switch to dx9 in Crysis and fine-tune your config file to get all the eye candy + better performance (even in Vista).

This should do the trick. But as odin says, you should post the error message.
