    I'm wanting to order a new dv200t pretty soon. I'd like to get an hgl30, but my budget doesnt permit it. If at some point I decide to do some gaming on the dv2000t can the GO 7200 graphics card be removed and replaced with a better one or is it soldered to the motherboard?

    No...99.9% of GPUs are not upgradeable in notebooks. The dv2000t isn't one of them (unfortunately).

    Ah...I was afraid of that. Sorry for not reading the sticky. Guess I will be saving a little longer for an hgl30.

    Well, fyi, either isnt the hgl30, but a 7600gs should be an excellent choice.

    If gaming is a major concern of yours, it would be worth it to save up a little and buy a system with a more powerful GPU.
