    I doubt it but if it has integrated graphics you can not upgrade the graphics(it requires changing the motherboard) .

    The stock Nvidia GeForce Go 6150 is very useless... is there any hope for MXM in my notebook?

    The 6150 is an integrated card so sry you cant upgrade your card and i doubt there is a extra "MXM slot" in your notebooks(only a very small percentage of notebooks have MXM slots)
