    dx10 with gateway p-6831fx

    Not able to activate dx10 in Company of Heroes or World in Conflict on my laptop, any ideas?

    CoH wasn't made in DX10, so you have to download the patch for it.

    I'm assuming you need to install newer drivers, that might fix it. But DX10 isn't that different from DX9, but if you want it...

    IMO not worth it for WIC, degrades performance and looks exactly the same unless you can run it at max, which the P-6831 cannot do comfortabley

    if not at max run DX9 looks the same and performs better.

    click the 8800GTS review in my sig, I tested WIC in DX9 plus other games if your interested.
