    easy steam question

    To make a dedicated server you first download the tool, under tools. I did this once before, but then completely uninstalled steam. Now the tool is no longer there. I am looking for a css dedicated server. (any links to download this pleaseeee!)

    On a lighter note, have you guys ever seen this message, and what did you do to fix this.

    Re-download steam and install it? You cannot run the application without steam.

    The message means that your computer is too rubbish to run the service. Upgrade your RAM or HD.

    I really have to reinstall everything, that takes a good 20 minutes, css is 4 disks :(

    Well, you don't have to install CS:S. Just download steam, install it, and log in with your user/pass and add your CS:S key into your Game List and you should be able to download Dedicated Server from the Tools menu.
