    error connecting to server

    bought attack on pearl harbour from steam the other day but have only ever been able to play twice on multiplayer.
    it shows various servers to join that has players already there and it seems to load fine but as soon as the game starts if you look in the players list its empty and then error connecting to server appears within 5 seconds. close that box and go back to menu and the server is still there with the players in it.
    at first i thought it could be my avg pro firewall but then if it was how could i play yesterday for a couple of hours and about an hour ago.

    any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
