    far cry 2 resolution problems

    On my np2960, for some reason, I can only choose widescreen resolutions. Resolutions like 1024x768 aren't available. Anyone know how to make them available?

    happened to me too, after a driver change i could choose others

    I found if resolutions were not available simply quitting out then restarting the game "refreshed" the resolution options.

    well when the game starts, I do get a windows box that says my drivers are too old. maybe I should update drivers

    Yeah I get that box also, I just ignore it :p , give the restarting technique a try before updating them, should sort you out. Once you are happy with your settings you should never have to worry about the problem again. Good luck

    You'll have to go into the Nvidia control panel (I'm assuming you have an Nvidia card) and create custom resolutions for the resolutions you want to play at. I had to do this recently on my external monitor. It was only displaying my native res.
