Don't know if there's any CS Source players, but i need help with my frame rate.
I just bought an HP Omen laptop, i7 8gen, 16gb, gtx1060 and 144hz screen. However my frame rate at CS Source stays at 30 no matter what I do. I turned v sync off, I put in medium settings, I typed in the console fps_max 300 and still rarely goes to 60.
I have a good internet, my ping is low.
    Any suggestions?

Beats me. CS just freezes on my machine. Every other game runs great. But CS can't even get through a match.
