recently, it was posted here that EA now offered some classic CnC games for free. I've been always craving for Tiberian Sun, but it is extremely rare to find in my country. So anyways, i downloaded it, but i get some dll error and it says install again. somehow it can't work. anybody have the same problem?

ah never mind. solved it myself. simple really. RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR...lol
compatibility and dx9 not needed. -
You can modify the ini to run at high res, but it runs choppy for me under Win7 no matter the res, once I've built more than 5 buildings. How is performance for you?

smooth as silk. maybe its your drivers.

-
haha... nice call
-
Blue color nice, yes?
-
nah, wasn't sarcasm. just my random nature to associate things. and what about blue color?
-
Same on my M4400 configured as below... any ideas?
-
hmm i'll try and build 20+ buildings and see what happens..
Update: no problem with many buildings...
Edit: very likely its something to do with Nvidia drivers or cards, since thats the only similarity i can find with both systems. nothing much i can do about it, since i've only ever used ATI and Intel graphics. -
Where exactly do you go to download these games? EA.com or commandandconquer.com? cant seem to find the link

Awesome cheers for the link. Remember playing the original Command and Conquer demo years back but never played it properly. Looking forward to giving it a spin.
