    I think most "direct-download" sites let you store the game for X amount of time on the servers... and you can re-download as many times as you want. but only 1 cd key... at least thats how EA works..

    I'm really not a big fan of downloading games ... I like having the actual CD with the case ... that's just my personal preference.
