    game slow down?

    The only game that slows down on me is NBA 2K10. It starts out normal, but will constantly slow down to a crawl. I have my settings on all medium, except for the player which is on high. AA is off and floor reflection/ depth of field is off. I used to be able to play the game on high, actually all maxed out. Sometimes when I defrag my RAM with Memturbo 4, my computer will speed up tremendously. How can I get my computer to constantly run optimal without having to always defrag my RAM, besides ccleaner and disk defrag.
