i reinstalled xp because vista kept turning off my wifi card and it got annoying, but when i play cs:s im getting alot of texture glitches from things at distance/reflective surfaces and i can't figure it out, i've tried omega and ngo drivers and neither helps, as well as trying to force different directx versions to no avail

    any suggestions?

Go back to Catalyst 7.2 drivers if you can. I've had problems with anything later than 7.2.
