    what program is out that shows you all of this while you game? and where can i get it? also will it work with the 7400 go and what are safe running temps for the laptop in my sig?

    for cpu just get speed fan.
    for temp/fps get coolbits.

    I wouldn't worry about a temperature issue with that card. You can overclock it to the max without any temperature problems. Just find the max core/memory and lower each by about 10-15mhz when you run into artifacts, which should give you a good gaming boost.
