have seen two laptops which would be better?

    First Laptop:
    - Core™ i5-2410M (2.3 Ghz, 3 MB L3 cache)
    - RAM 6GB DDR3
    - AMD Radeon HD 6490M 1 GB Dedicated Memory

    Second Laptop:
    - Intel Core i5-2430M
    - 8GB DDR3
    - Intel HD3000

    So, answers please!

:) thankyou mr baka... so radeon is still better than the new intel? and what about the processor - the first is 2.3 GHz, second is 2.5GHz... does that make a huge difference? im running 2.1 atm

Baka believes that 0.2GHz won't make that much of a difference as opposed to the difference in performance that the GPUs provide ._.

If you plan on gaming, And your on a budget, maybe a used computer is a better option Dell dfsdirect.com has good deals on used puters with warranty, and you can use a credit card to buy if your short on cash.

oo ok this is the graphics card i have now:
AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200
