This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     gtaIV & other games, stutter fix.

    After perusing some forums i found other gamers were having some of the same issues that i have been having in gtaIV and other games, with a certain 'stutter' during gaming. Whether it was sound or a streaming texture im not sure what caused it.

    Well i found this fix from the Steam forums, and it really helped. Check it out.

    This helped in cod4 as well as gta4. WHether or not it may be a placebo affect.
