for overclocking you need svl7 or perma bios you can find both on techinferno but you need to pay for membership for approval of the account.

Prema MOD 1.1 and i didnt found it

    i found gtx 980m rev0

    i download this one

Nvidia GTX 980m VBIOS "OC edition" - rev0

    - tweaked for better performance at higher clocks
    - GPU performance parameters adjustable
    - higher software overclocking limits

and i didnt find prema vbios gtx 980m i need it for new driver to play 2020 games is the svl7 vbios can do it (new driver with out any issus and stable overclocking) and i wanna download v1 and v2 of prema vbios but didnt found it

svl7 has a fixed 1.000 V core voltage and that's why it wouldn't work with any card with low ASIC.

Your best bet is Prema's vBios.

First: I always asked about 330 watts because I did not find stability on the GTX 980m card with single psu and I do not know whether this is due to psu or because of the vbios. and i’ll buy another gtx 980m to make an sli too . Secondly: My question is about the GTX 1070m because I will upgrade the video card to him so I study the subject from experience of Others.

my id vbios is 84.04.35.00.05 stable but i cant overclock it and i flashed svl7 vbios it’s Very unstable

You can contact @Prema and ask how it works now.

Man 330w is all the m18x r2 needs
I had the m18x r2 (3940xm and sli 980ms) for several years, and it ran full potential with just one 330w psu, so don’t worry about it
