This is probably a stupid question, but GPU-Z shows me that my gtx 660m memory speed is 1250mhz, is this normal, because I read in nvidia and notebookcheck that it is 2000mhz, why is that?
Thank you.

You need to multiply it by 4. Eg: 1250x4 = 5000.
Gpu-z shows it not multiplied, so both are correct. -
Why should I multiply it, can you give me a bit more info please, thanks!

Sorry I mistyped, the actual rate is x4 in case you're using either gdd3 or gddr5.
You need to multiply it because as the name stands (DDR) it means Double Data Rate.
Basically the ram speed cycles and clocks are multiplied by 4 or 2, based on what version you look at.
Each clock cycle in ddr5 equals to 4 more than a stock DDR.
You can hook up Wikipedia and read about it, just search for DDR if you want to know more. -
I pushed her to +500 in afterburner... didnt feel a difference in gaming... but 3dmark11 moved up a little... nothing fancy...
Currently at +138/+500 with a P29xx.
