The PC version has not been released yet, it will be released on November 18th and 21th for the U.S and Europe respectively.

It will have higher resolution textures, much longer drawing distances because of the extra power a PC can provide, and let you record 30 seconds of video. These are extras exclusive to the PC version.

Of course don't forget all the mods people will create for this game, all the new character models, vehicles, and so much more! :D

There are collectors editions for the 360 and PS3 versions. Lately, I haven't seen collectors editions for the PC versions of console games like Mass Effect. The console versions sell a lot better so its worth it to the companies to give them collectors editions. :( :(

Yes GTA IV is similiar in gameplay to GTA 3 though much better vehichle handling and much much better graphics. GTA IV´s graphics is actually very very realistic looking and it feels much more like an real city now with debris, back alleys, bums etc etc :) But gameplay wise they are almost the same as the earlier GTA 3 games.

I own the game on the 360 and will buy it for PC too. Problem with the console versions is that they are massive problems with the framerate.

I have the following PC versions: GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas. Played SA for close to 1500 hrs and the other two GTAs for hundreds of hours.

I have to admit each time the PC versions were released, they looked much better on the PC. Some of the differentiating features were:

    ---Larger textures
    ---Better draw distance
    ---Much higher resolutions
    ---Better anti-aliasing.
---Ability to use .mp3 files in the ingame radio soundtrack.
---Ability to use mods to modify the game features which makes it more fun.

Overall a much better experience on the PC.
