    How come I cant find a short cut for it? Why is it not saved n my computer? BTW for everyone wondering about the 9800 gt I play crysis on 1920x1200 and medium settings and it plays like butta :D

    It could be your security settings. Also try reinstalling and check the make an icon choice.

    There is no shortcut. Go to Start- My Games, and you'll see Crysis.

    You can always copy a short cut from somewhere else on your computer to your desktop or start menu.

    jelly beans have u tried runnning at a lower resolution so you can put all the settings to high? just a thought like nirvana said

    well i havnt even tried it on high and i found the shortcut. I reinstalled it and went to my games and it was there there but when i search c4rysis in the start enu nothig is there. I like to play full screen thats why I play on 19200x1200 have not tried that setting with everything maxed yet.

    Or you can run it at 1280x800 or 1440x900 all very high :D

    do you guys run it in dx9 or 10? i heard dx9 will run alot better and doesnt look much different. also theres a dx9 hack that allows very high and is really easy to install. you guys use that tweak either?

    If you update it to 1.2, DX10 runs better apparently.

    I noticed no difference between DX9 and DX10.

    Eleron, I took your advice, and bump some stuff up to Very High, while bumping shadows down. Some screens-

    It scaled them down to 1280x764 for some reason, but you get the idea. You were right, the difference between high and very high is fantastic!

    Agreed. You need to run Crysis on at least high to see what it truly has to offer.
