    PLEASE HELP NOW! and help me is it good to overclock a geforce go 6800 ultra? and my core clock speed is at 100 mhz that seems low. anyone with a successful overclocking job help me! ps. a successful person with a card that hasnt overheated or been ruined.

    um my normal is 100/658 i set it to 450/1.06ghz ran fine how do i know if its hurting my comp. by heat? or somethin else?

    my comp has 2 settings performence and standard i have it set to performance
    standard was the 100 core speed

    maybe you need a BIOS update, that seems crazy that the go 6800 ultra would have core clock of 100, my X600 is like 400 core clock. check with dell, and why the hell are you overclocking at all, you have a stupid good card don't ruin it.

    even if you overclocked your 6800 im sure you CPU could not keep up anyhow and then in the end you would be downclocking it in a sence. this same question was posted on www.alienwareforums.com also.

    are you using "official" drivers, if you arent the over clock meter could just be "wrong"
