    okay so i got a dell 1737 dual core 2.1gig with a radeon 3650 but dell underclocks it at 450/500 and when i try to use atitool i cant get the clocks to change they just snap back to 222/247 someone please help i have the newest 10.10 mobility modded ccc please help
