    Hello all,

I've been searching around the forums trying to find the answer I need, but I can't seem to find it. I have an HP ze5470us notebook and it has a ATI Mobility Radeon (M6) with 64MB shared memory. I don't want to buy a new laptop, but I want to start gaming on it especially since NFL Head Coach is being released backwards compatible with the XBox 360. That's about the only game I'd want to play, and possibly Civ IV or AoE III. Would this card be able to handle the games, or am I looking at getting a new laptop?

    Thanks,

    Josh

The performance of the ATI Mobility Radeon M6 -C16H is somewhat similar to the Radeon 7500, which is an old integrated solution.
I'm afraid that your laptop will struggle with games like NFL Head Coach, CIV4 or AoE3, if it can run them at all.
I think you are looking at getting a new laptop with a dedicated graphics card.

The M6 only supports DirectX 7; most newer games require a DirectX 9 video card, so you probably won't be able to run them. The performance will also be too low as Budding said.
