Ok i got this boring Toshiba x205-s9349
with nvidia 8700 GT it only has 256mb ram.
so i want your help, will my games run faster if i buy new laptop with for
example 9600 GT with 1GB ram? or GT 130M with 1gd ?
because for example when im checking notebookcheck.net it says that even
8700gt is better then 9600gt. but no amount is writen there, its just says what a miximum can be dedicated of ram.

i dont think that you will see that big a difference in gaming performance with either of those cards because the cannot use the full of that 1gb of memory. what are the rest of the specs of the laptops you are looking at and what prices are they
-
The gt 130m will be just a bit faster than the 9650gt the 9600gt is actually worse than the 8700 because of the clock speeds but if you're using a 8700 right now I recommend a bigger step up than going just to the gt 130m because I don't think you'll see enough improvement to notice. Try getting something with a radeon 4650 or better. A 9800gs would be a great improvement.

i just dont happy with my 265mb vram ,
other cards offers 512-1gb vram, without sharing.(9600 gt,130m)
if mine was 512mb 8700 gt ,not like now 256. im really would be happy.
i just want to buy laptop ,through ebay, because i dont know more sites ,where ppl selling international, im form europe(lithuania)
i found pretty good /cheap Acer , some with 9600 gt, other with 130m
the radion 4650 is pretty good i seen in benchmarks, but which laptops has it? -
Of the three that you listed the 130M should be the best.
vRAM only matters if you GPU can utilize all of it so you can have a 9600M GT with 10 petabytes of vRAM and it still wouldn't be good because the GPU won't utilize more than perhaps a couple hundred megabytes of vRAM. -
Make sure you get GDDR3 memory for the GPU. A GT 130M w/ 256MB GDDR3 would perform better than the GT 130M w/ 1GB DDR2 memory. Just because the number is lower, don't worry and get suckered in by the marketing. In order of performance: GT 130M GDDR3 > 9600M GT GDDR3 > GT 130M DDR2 > 9600M GT DDR2. At stock speeds 8700M GT is better than the 9600M GT but worse than the GT 130M. But since the latter two use a lower process, they can easily reach a higher overclock and wipe the floor with the 8700M GT. As mentioned, if you are really into games, consider a higher end 256-bit card. Any performance card will destroy these mainstream 128-bit cards, especially in higher resolution games.

Nvidia/ATi have some fantastic marketers. More and more people buy into that "1G VRAM!", without actually looking at the specs.
-
I wish manufactures would learn to make this type of thing easier for consumers. Especially since updating is now a fact of life in computer ownership. -

My vote is MSI as well between those two. 4670 is a good card. 512MB of GPU RAM is more than adquate too.
